Does anyone remember the (I think) scientific discussion where one of the panelists got right heated saying the term "black hole" was racist? Dude was like you can't say that, that's offensive. I don't find that simple, as I still don't understand why the punishment should be different. If we are talking solely about the physical toll, a wrongfully convicted person spending years in prison, to me is worse than a single rape. Now please God, don't drag me into semantics about this. I don't understand why they still get less than a rape charge. If you falsely accuse someone of rape, you should be given a rape sentence. Man or woman, if you rape or pretend you were to destroy someone else's life, then you should be treated like garbage.
