I didn't see the date, fair point. Definitely give the series a chance. Starbuck's sex is pretty irrelevant (I can't say I agree with your comparisons), and if it's really enough to put you off the series, I'd expect the atmosphere will get you to turn off long before she does.

In my opinion, this article is less about Men's Rights, and more someone's dissatisfaction with how attitudes are changing, and re-makes aren't the same as the originals. I usually make it standard practice to get an account banned from SRS. I count it as another achievement badge. They're a group of trolls, and unless you're playing their game (which is lame as fuck), you're not going to get anything interesting out of being there.
