3	In Japan. No Clue how to speak Japanese. How to pick up Japanese Girls? You might have better luck at clubs and bars because then you won't have to rely on conversation as much. Also depending on where you go the girls can be very open to hanging out with foreigners. Day game can be difficult due to obviously the language barrier but it's also a social thing; generally the only people who approach women with romantic intent in broad daylight are seen as really creepy and inappropriate.
