Its more about someone being in danger of actually being injured. The little guy knew there was absolutely nothing she could do to hurt the big guy so whats the point in stepping in? But when a 200lb+ man starts hitting and throwing a small woman she is probably going to receive some severe injuries quickly. Eh ya I don't dislike any race based on my experience with them. In fact all the black people I do know are smart and fun to be around (but I live in suburban Ontario). I think education and poverty are the two main factors regarding this kind of behavior and race has little to do with it. But I feel you, a lot of people I know in the more rural parts of Ontario do have a big issue with black people in general although they are never in contact with them.

Thanks for the response. Basically what I assumed was the case. They're trying to intimidate the person the're arguing with into submission instead of actually coming up with something to say cause that requires brain function. I mean I've seen white people do it too it just seems more common with black people. At least from what I've seen in /r/bestofworldstar and /r/streetfights
