As long as your judgement is mutable it is not invalid to assume things about people belonging to one group or another which statistically or anecdotally have certain characteristics. If you automatically assume with certainty that a person from group x has y characteristic then that would be invalid.

Man r/regretfulparents might be my favourite sub. There is nothing more nourishing than reading about people fucking up in life. I realize now that all my problems are bullshit because I am a young, childfree, healthy north american with opportunity. 99% of people are against abortion because they see it as killing a full human for religious reasons or not. The narrative that they secretly just hate women is a strawman that people make up to ignore the moral ambiguity of the issue. I mean yeah trained short guy vs untrained tall guy the short guy wins, but there comes a point where weight becomes a problem. Even being fat is a giant advantage. It makes you impossible to wrestle and even untrained you are able to generate way more inertia with your punches than the short guy.
