1	How to deal with someone insulting you in public I suspect the real answer is to lift more and not be so sensitive but I feel like I've always been a pushover and in my attempts to readjust my behavior in over compensating. 1	Reading the red pill after a break-up has me feeling so angry and used. All good points, especially the first two. On the first point this is a time of huge confusion. I dont know what to think or to believe, all i know is that the discussions here make so much sense, part of me hopes they are wrong, that i can find a ltr and settle down.
