Please feminism has been portrayed as toxic for years, can we stop with the victim complex and just address the issues instead of ignoring they exist because we're butt hurt about getting called out on it? Yeah I don't understand the difference, this comic obviously can't go into great details but it hits the nail right on the head in simple fashion; there are many factors that contribute to the disparity, but above all else, in the same position at the same company there is minimal difference in pay between genders.

Eh, we have a relatively lax environment (IT for a local bank chain) and it isn't uncommon for my boss to come chat in our area for the last 5-10 minutes of the day before we all walk out. Work gets done, and there is plenty, but a few minutes here and there won't kill anyone.

I never implied it was an every day thing, but if I'm not working on something time critical and can simply pick it back up tomorrow, my salaried ass is locking my computer and walking out the door when the clock hits the hour.
