As someone going through it; from my perspective, it is literal torture. The lengths that courts will go to to keep in line with the duluth model is insane. My most recent court battle, the judge ignored state, federal, and constitutional law, as well as, supreme court precedent. Yet no lawyer will touch my case.

I have been getting screwed in courts for 9 years. It had gotten to the point the state, federal, constitutional laws, and us supreme court precedent has been violated. I can't get anything done. Us men have no level of equality in the courts.

Election isn't over. There are legitimate legal challenges, that are taking place. Plus the vote tally hasn't been certified yet. There is a lot of evidence out there, pointing to impropriety in the election process of several key states. We won't know who is taking the office till December, more than likely.

My ex keeps dragging us into court, to cut my rights away. I am only trying to defend my rights, she keeps winning because the courts that I have had to deal with ignore the law because of the duluth model. If yours is anything like my ex, it will never stop. Hope I am wrong, for your sake. Just being brutal and honest about it, i an on the presuppose of giving up. I don't want to, but I feel like I can't take any more.

Sorry to hear. I am 8 years deep in that custody struggle. It will never be easy. The only thing that has gotten me this far, is thinking about my daughter's future. But, I can say that the light at the end of that tunnel can be awfully dim, most days.

Can't say that I am overly knowledgeable, myself. But, there are reasonable limits to it. If it is daily abuse and fear of the abuser hunting you down if you leave (beyond reasonable doubt), then you could get away with it. But, reasonable doubt can be a bitch, depending on jury.

Still working on the divorce, custody takes priority. I have petitioned the courts, several times, currently working on dealing with the constitutional violation. They found her guilty of moving cross country, against court order, which is kidnapping, they didn't even give her a warning in that one. Lawyers haven't been as good as me doing the legal research, myself. Best help they have been, is pointing out things to research.

Men are required to sign up for the draft; in order to vote, get a license, get a job, or anything that is required to be an active member of society. Most women knew and understood this. Oh, if I have this right and am able to move forward on it, in the court of law. I will be trying to get the word out, as much as possible. I am hoping that this is the smoking gun needed to make a giant change in the custody debate. Far to many children's lives get ruined because of the crappy decision of our legal system.

You don't fully understand the plight of men's rights. We have no rights in divorce, custody, conception, or even self defense in false accusations. They want equality, they need to face the same penalties we face in those areas. There is more than that, but that alone is a big enough issue.
