7	The Problem With Nice Guys There is a great explanation of the Jung’s concept of shadow by Alan Watts. It basically constitutes all the repressed parts of your personality. Discovering my dark side was pretty frightening until I started looking at it as a friendly part of me. It can have great benefits, it’s raw creative force.
