I dunno about you man, but here in America we got some real run down cities, towns and neighborhoods. Sometimes all it takes is to clean your damn room and then when you are done it's like you got a whole new outlook on life. Couple of things I'd like to comment on here. The boot camp concept is one I think we can pull off to a lesser degree. The difficultly I face when look at this as honestly as I can is if I start making a distinction between the various levels of violent and non-violent felonies, it'd get far too murky to make any meaningful distinctions. Regarding competent men, I think the 80/20 rule applies, and I expect roughly the same ratio to sustain moving forward.
