Exercise, read. Be physically tough and mentally solid. Eat well, sleep well. Thats a start. Next listen to gorilla mindset after. Rollo is just a small introduction. Better books exist to toughen you up. Then ensure you are making money and alot of it constantly. You will be ok. Eat pumpkin seeds for testesterone, eggs and steak.
