How to find motivation to keep improving yourself for a manThe unexpected source of motivation I've lately noticed is getting angry with myself and expressing it out loud. It looks kinda stupid when out of nowhere after being sad for some time I burst out with saying "Don't be such a crybaby, you're better than that". Suddenly, all my sadness is gone, and I wanna prove myself I'm not a crybaby and am able to achieve everything in the world I want haha Maybe it is that 'different' source of motivation I actually need and maybe I need to use it more often | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/12/25 06:17 PM
How to express love and affection to my boyfriend? We've talked a lot about his expectations. He values good communication. That is, attentive listening, thinking before speaking, less default repetitive answers and more sincere ones. In case of having arguments, I behave like trying to calm the situation down in an "artificial (?)" way, and he can feel this lack of sincerity. The problem is I do not hide anything, and I feel like I don't know how to switch to this honest mode. I am able to overcome this "block" though when I start crying. | 1 | Too sensitive?Your girls are so nice and helpful! Your questions, so accurately raised, really help me to gather and understand my own thoughts concerning the problem. I often feel exhausted mentally after a long working day, and then the possibility of bursting into tears is extremely high since i don't care much of having a rest (should, though). I want to combine my work, study, and taking care of my boyfriend effectively, but I have to remember of taking care of myself, too. Thank you for your suggestion!… | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/01/23 06:20 PM
Too sensitive?Your advice about feeling the moment in silence while listening to the water sounds great, thank you! I'll try it. And I guess I need to discover my resilience reapplying from scratch since my previous method wasn't the best one (avoiding problems rather than solving). I hate how the consequences of it sometimes influence my relationship, but at least I'm happy that despite everything, my boyfriend supports me really much in my learning how to solve this issue. | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/01/23 02:35 PM
Too sensitive? It could be really helpful to me. I need to solve the source of my crying as a priority, i.e., to learn how to cope with my disturbing feelings. I'll give it a try. Thank you once again! ^ | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/01/23 02:35 PM
Too sensitive?Good point, but no, I am not | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/01/23 09:16 AM
Too sensitive?Thank you for advice:) I've tried that recently, and fortunately, it helps me at least to reduce those bad effects | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/01/23 09:03 AM
Too sensitive? The skin state goes worse because of some elements inside the tears. Kind of allergy, I guess :/ | /r/RedPillWomen | 07/01/23 09:47 PM
