Remember that women don’t owe you or any man sex, a relationship, or their time. Try to recognize when women aren’t being treated fairly or with respect in your day to day life, to try to be consciously aware of problematic behaviors and not let it brainwash you into acting like that. I remember reading a post that suggested asking "what category do you watch" so that you don't tip your hand at the answer you're looking for.
