5	How do you get in state when your friend(s) are better than you? I've been battling envy for a long long time, and trust me it has to do more with you than the anyone else. It all boils down to confidence: you feel less 'dominant' than your friend and you hate it, you want to be the center of the action, etcetc. Just remember you can't please everyone and that there's always someone who's better than you and that goes with your friend as well.
