2	Is it better to setup a date in text or to wait a long time to ask her in person? Thing is, you want to start just "hanging out" with her. Then scale accordingly. A pretty barebones scheme would be: 1.) Break the ice, talk to her 2.) Continue talking to her on a daily basis. Make her laugh (this is very important) 3.) Start hanging out with her after class 4.) If you feel things are going well, ask her out. This should be done in the course of a week. This way, even if things don't kick up on a deeper emotional level, you'll quite likely make a new friend.
