I feel that certain groups also have very broad and distorted definition of what "harassment" is. These same groups also assign validity of what you say based on your gender, race, sexual orientation, and state of physical/mental health. Amongst the perpetually-offended practically anything you say can be twisted into harassment. It all depends on their mood and level of fanaticism towards a given subject.

When a man loses his custody fight, it's easy to blame it on his sex and a lot harder to look at the best interests of the child and why the man might not be up to the challenges of parenting.
