Actually, studies have shown that for men the body fat that is perceived as health is between 8 and 21% body fat. For attraction, the best body fat percentage is actually around 16% with around 80% lean muscle mass at around 170lbs. Of course this is dependent on your height but the overall optimal physique for attraction is "lean muscular". But it certainly isn't low body fat i.e. <10%.

I have no doubt that people will respond very differently to caffeine. You're right that high doses of caffeine might exacerbate or even cause anxiety. However caffeine is a stimulant that generally provides wakefullness, focus and increase coordination, attributes that may be helpful if anything in social interactions. Whilst there may be correlation in your case, I'd be careful about implying causation. To give caffeine the blame for: Most anxiety problems Social anxiety Low self esteem Low se…

OK this really has to stop. Here are a couple of important things you should know: 1) Your height is NOT something you can fix. Regardless of whether you believe you caused your stunted growth, your height is now set. There is NOTHING you can do about it. Because of this, getting wound up, angry and frustrated about your height is a fruitless effort. Nothing will come of this. You won't get taller because you cried about it on reddit so stop it. 2) Blaming your inability to attract girls because…

Yeah this makes sense. I think the obvious example is not going all out on an expensive meal with a girl that you're meeting for the first time. I suppose those sorts of things are reserved for girls that you already know you'll enjoy the time of.

It's just a classic case of alpha fucks, beta bucks. Had he known what many of us now know, he'd have ditched her long ago I'm sure.

I'm not unhappy with it at all. My point was that it WAS correct despite being fairly boring and formal.

That would require getting the truthful number out of women and I can't see that happening :)

In this day and age, most attractive girls will have high partner counts. It shouldn't be surprising at this stage in the game that this is the case. Two points: 1) I completely agree with the notion that high partner counts results in less stable relationships later down the line. It totally makes sense, but a statement like that isn't helpful when most attractive girls do have high partner counts. Either we quit pursuing attractive girls or we ignore that fact and move on. 2) Girls with higher…

As everybody else mentioned the ability to next a girl comes in large part from abundance mentality. If you have other viable options available to you, the feeling of starting from ground zero will largely be offset. It isn't particularly practical advice for anyone that isn't in abundance however. My advice to you would be to screen, heavily. If a girl doesn't stand up to your rather stringent standards then she has no right to be pursued. The reason why this is helpful is because it's a mindse…

Considering that polyamory is based on open relationships I don't think it's possible to cheat per se. There are boundaries that could be crossed I suppose, but they're far less restrictive than conventional monogamous relationships.

I don't think anyone here is saying that plates are loyal. For a plate to be disloyal would be to imply betrayal and polyamory from my experience is far too open and honest for sleeping with someone else to be considered betrayal.

Then you're an ally cat that just fucks a lot of girls as another commenter put it. And there's nothing wrong with that :)

Improving yourself is far easier said than done. Ultimately, improving your game, looks, financial situation etc is far more worthwhile effort than trying to improve a relationship directly. When you're a cocky, buff, rich guy who has phenomenal game I can guarantee that the problems that the OP has will seem trivial.

I don't see how subscribing to polyamory immediately defines you as a loser who might get "promoted" or has to do things her way. Polyamory by definition is having multiple intimate relationships. This doesn't mean only BP chumps can be polyamorous whilst one of their girls is going around getting railed by other guys. If I maintain a harem, and one of my plates decides to see other guys, that's polyamory. I don't have to put up with any shit as an RP guy anymore so than you would do with multip…

I actually think it could be the opposite of what you're describing. I'm sure this won't be the case all the time, but I see it as an opportunity for entirely independent people to enjoy the sex and intimacy of someone else without the possessiveness and attachment that comes with a lot of traditional monogamous relationships. Perhaps I'm talking ideally here but so far my experience has been more like a group of friends that just enjoy sex. There's no draining of resources, there's no jealousy,…

Think about what the word "unconditional" is implying here. It's implying that regardless of what someone does, they should be loved anyway. Which is ridiculous. Unconditional love is not something to aspire to. Love could be, but it should always be conditional.

I agree that polyamory might have no longevity. If you start looking at the prospect of kids, marriage, economics etc the whole thing looks far too complicated. Not to mention that the legal systems of most western countries don't support it. Putting that aside though, if we're just talking about sex and intimacy do you think it's viable?

Fair point. It'd be a far bigger shock to him if this crescendos and he finds out he's been married to someone who's cheated on him for the last X number of years. There's the added feeling of "my life has been a lie" and "I've wasted X number of years of my life on this relationship and she was cheating on me". At least if you tell him he has the opportunity to find happiness elsewhere.

The only winner here is Jade. I don't really see how that's the case. Your comment about Alex actually being a beta is assuming a bit much but might be true. If he however is seeing someone else in another country, and I have other plates here then how is everyone not winning? Yes, Jade has more options but I'm not spending time comparing my game to hers. Just as RP men will swap a plate with a better one, so women will branch swing given the opportunity. Both are hypergamous actions. There's be…

The false accusations are inexcusable and grassing him up like that in spite is just an appalling move on her part. Had the accusations of rape, torture and blackmail actually surmounted to anything he'd be in far more trouble. In the end it sounds like both of them were disciplined for violating what you identified is a clearly inviolable rule in the army. Yes it sucks and they both would've got away with it if she had kept her damn mouth shut but he put himself in a compromising position by sl…

I mean if you want an honest evaluation, I'm a little surprised she agreed to come around. There was an awful lot of pandering to her needs: I didnt want to disturb u Nothing like that. Ok, u tel place Wat r u worried abt I don't want u to be uncomfortable Also I am telling u I wil never make u uncomfortable Don't worry If u feel uncomfortable anytime, I wil drop u home immediately I have nothing to hide I wil take care of u.. Stop worrying In this case it appears your persistence paid off howev…

Here's some practical advice, acquire the proof and tell your dad. Your mother is an adult and is ultimately responsible for her actions. If she's cheating then it's on her to accept the consequences of being found out. I empathise with you feeling like you're doing your mom a disservice by grassing her up. But you'd be doing your dad a greater disservice by letting him continually get cheated on, regardless of whether he is beta or alpha. Finally I feel it's necessary to point this out: I know …

I think there's a few interesting points here: If you show any weakness or become uninteresting or less funny, you lose attractiveness in her eyes. It is true. But by that token you're expecting her to respect you and find you attractive when you're weak, uninteresting and not funny? Actively increasing your SMV is a required practice for any successful RP man. You don't get to just pull some girl, turn into some boring chump and expect her to stay because of love. It's all been for nothing. Now…

I would sever any relationship or friendship where the value I receive is anything less than equivalent to what I put into it. The sexual freedom is compelling but I won't lie by saying that's the only end goal. RP is a valid framework for men who's end goal it is to acquire a GF and keep her for the emotional intimacy it provides. I'm certainly not against that idea, especially if it can work with more than one girl at a time. Hence this post.

It works when you aren't in a pair bond. It isn't the same sort of "love." It's more like familial love but with genitals involved. This is an excellent analysis :) I've seen women pack up to drive out a female more than once. Not been around this long enough, but I can see that this might happen. If you are a guy that just likes to have a lot of sex with a lot of women, you aren't into poly. You are an ally cat... and there isn't a fucking thing wrong with that. LMAO i.e. poly is an ally cat th…

As Marsupian mentioned somewhere else, for high SMV RP guys plating essentially is polyamory. How did you feel when you met other girls that were poly?

So this is an interesting point. There are some key aspects of game that don't apply in the case of polyamory as you mentioned e.g. dread. However I think there are a couple of key distinctions: you are an idiot if you're emotionally supporting and committing to a girl who's having physical and/or emotional relations with other men. A girl with an RP man will always lean on them emotionally for stability. But should this be tolerated if she's seeing other men? I would apply the same rules as I w…

I think there's a very distinctive difference between GFs in a monogamous relationship and a polyamorous one. As I recalled in the original post, they're primaries. What this seems to mean is that they have a more intimate relationship than either of them do with anyone else (e.g. Jade and I). It's also far less possessive than a few people are making out. She isn't HIS GF, it's more like two independent people turned interdependent.

Good point, in the absence of anyone paying for anything are we down to just swinging? :)

That sounds awfully possessive given that she's a plate, but fair enough.

Interesting, but the question here is really about how comfortable you'd be knowing that one of you plates was sleeping with someone else and whether that would spark feelings of jealousy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
