I agree it won't have much difference after puberty, but it is substantial enough. Some of these individuals are beautiful, and while some may not have had the glow-up they expected, I've seen "original" women who have looked way worse and way manlier. As u/conquerz said that's just some people with mental diseases You're not wrong. A diagnosis of gender dysmorphia is required by a professional if you want to start the transitioning process. No one can wake up and say "oh I'm a woman now and I'll go to the women's restroom". Correct me if I'm wrong, but there seems to be a fundamental difference in the two photos which makes them incomparable. First, physical boundaries - Ellen may be ogling Katy, but she's not touching her inappropriately. Which Al Franken appears to be doing. Second, state of consciousness - Katy is awake, and Leeann is not. Sure, Katy didn't know what Ellen was doing, but had Ellen touched her inappropriately, Katy is at least in a state to be able to control her surroundings.
