You can say something about leaving your last relationship and something you got into to get over it. Like "yeah my last relationship wasn't great but when we broke up, it gave me the push to finally try exercising more. do you like running?" and now you're talking about that hobby and not about the past

It's important to remember that not all women are that woman who hurt you. It might be helpful for you to approach women with absolutely no expectations of starting a relationship with them - just to reach out platonically before jumping back into trying to start something.

If she's on Tinder, she's probably talking with a couple people and found someone else she likes. With online dating it's usually nbd to just move on and not let the other people you're talking to know that you're not interested anymore.

I think the best strategy is to introduce yourself and be acquaintances before you make a move. If you're in school, see if you can strike up a conversation on the way out of class for a few classes. Then, when you ask to go out for coffee or a study date or something, she knows you a little bit and is more comfortable with the offer (it's not out of the blue from someone she doesn't know but it's also not coming from someone who she thought was a friend and now she's learning they had ulterior …

This is definitely sexual harassment. I wouldn't do this. Ask him out first and then if the date goes well, you can do the sexy fun stuff.

1) Don't call them "females". They're not a different species. You should probably work on seeing them as people and not as prizes. 2) I don't think their friends are "cock-blocking". They're probably protecting her? This happens all the time when I go to the club with my friends. We're dancing. Some dude appears suddenly and tries to grab one of us or is following her around the dance floor. We circle around her to make him back off.

If she's in your area (doesn't have to drive more than a half hour to see you) and depending on how close you were 10 years ago, it's not unreasonable to ask her out. I'd do a "hey would you wanna go get coffee sometime and catch up?" so she knows what you have in mind and it's casual enough that there's no pressure and then hit her up with a "what's your schedule like? are you free next week?" so she knows you wanna meet up soon but it can work with her schedule. If she says she's not free, abo…

Super creepy that it's typed. That (and some of the language) makes it really uncomfortably formal. Like you've been watching and planning. Also don't neg her halfway through. Also weird to write a whole letter asking to be friends when that's clearly not what you want. The end is good though. It's cool that you let her know it's ok to say "no" so she's not going to feel pressured. If you ask her in person or a letter that isn't typed, definitely keep that part.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
