"I quit." In all seriousness though, a few would do it. But not any of the ones that try to sue BP like this would.

No, no. They work construction. They just stick them on sign duty because that's the only thing that 98% of women are physically capable of doing as well as men on a construction job.

It does seem that on average women, especially teenage girls (like the example of the son you gave) are more selective in who they will have sex with than men or teenage boys (respectively).

That's just as stupid as in 1970 saying men are smarter because more men go to college/ make more money...

To be fair, that is the first and foremost thing on a father's mind. Keeping their little girl safe. It's pretty solid advice to say not to trust men and presume they are bad. They should be guarded just because there are a lot of bad people out there. And half of them are men.

Unless it was hers in the first place I guess. Which it wasn't.

I don't know if it's really sociopathic. I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe I'm a sociopath...

DeathsHeadJoker has it right. The employer most likely doesn't see your answers to the test, they just want to make sure they are emotionally and mentally sound before hiring. So they pay a professional to give a test and further evaluate anyone who sends up red flags on the exam. Not having a sex life could be an indicator of underlying issues. And the employer probably doesn't see the answers (HIPPA and all) so therefore cannot discriminiate.

This. They're just looking for possible problems beforehand. Sexual frustration could lead to other mental issues and affect your work/ coworkers.

I think it would have been equally as awkward if the genders were reversed.

okay thanks. I always referred to the latter as "lawyering" or "the lawyer method."

I thought a strawman was taking someones argument and changing it to make it easier to defeat, then defeating it yourself. Like defeating a strawman instead of a man.

You're projecting. Looking at your comment history, I would say that circumcision is your pet issue, not mine. What I'm trying to say is: both things are wrong. But female circumcision/ FGM is most often worse. The same way that killing one person is wrong and killing 10 people is wrong, but the latter is still worse. More eloquent version of what my point is I don't want to continue this anymore if you're going to keep using the strawman and hiding your argument behind complicated flowery writi…

Don't downvote me for being right The main three are Type I, removal of the clitoral hood, almost invariably accompanied by removal of the clitoris itself (clitoridectomy); Type II, removal of the clitoris and inner labia; and Type III (infibulation), removal of all or part of the inner and outer labia, and usually the clitoris, and the fusion of the wound, leaving a small hole for the passage of urine and menstrual blood—the fused wound is opened for intercourse and childbirth.[4] Around 85 per…

Complete removal of the clitoris to stop sexual pleasure vs removal of skin covering the glans? I'd say he's right.

This seems a bit pushy. I really don't like the government getting into things it doesn't need to be in. The intention of the business is to have pretty female servers, like Hooters and other places, so what? Let the coffee shop owner do what they want.

Everything you just said is so completely false that I hope you're trolling and not actually this stupid. The men being better than women at every sport holds true at every level. There are always exceptions, but on average, men are better at sports. I'm really sorry you're so butthurt over this.

Agreed. Ridiculously wishful thinking that the differences between men's and women's track and lifting records are due to societal influences. It's all biology. You know those steroids that you can take to perform better? That makes more testosterone, which men have much much much more of. Hence, why they are more athletic and more muscular (when comparing same age/ training levels).

Skill-wise in games like billiards or target shooting there is no reason a woman can't be as good as a man, but in sports where physicality is required, they would never stand a chance at the high school, collegiate or professional level. If you want standards on the differences in athleticism of men and women look at any track and field record. With a that much of a lower ability in athleticism women couldn't make up the difference skill-wise. Example: The NCAA D3 (Lowest level of college sport…

Except the best female players wouldn't even make the tour, especially if they hit from the men's tees. Okay, maybe a few would, but then it would a mess because so few women would be in professional golf.

To be perfectly honest, separating by gender and age essentially does the same thing. Women would consistently be in the "worse" category and people would get upset about it. Let's stop pretending there are no differences between men and women and boys and girls.

Staying fit and having fun falls under the category of varsity sports, yes, but varsity sports are competitive. There are club sports for the sake of staying in shape and having fun. I'm not saying girls shouldn't be allowed to play varsity sports, but currently girls who are barely athletes under the loosest definition of the word are being asked to play varsity sports for the sake of numbers. It makes varsity sports less legitimate, especially for the truly athletic girls.

Varsity sports aren't the place for that.

Also forces state schools to provide "equal sports opportunities for males and females" read: Limit the number of male athletes on teams and create bogus female school sports like varsity equestrian to up their numbers.
