Thanks man. This was the most simple answer so I took it. She replied „Haha, no I’m sorry. We haven‘t seen each other for a long time. I‘m not hanging out with someone I haven‘t meet for a long time at evening.“ Dead end I guess. Drop?

A guy in school did a presentation about it. I was shocked.

I‘m really seeking those behind my back talks where old friends talk about how I bettered myself. That‘s at least one reason why I broke up with my social contacts (although I only had few).

For your mental health. Sometimes it helps to sit in front of a mirror and just talk to yourself. Be your own therapist. Have conversations with yourself and dig really deep into your feelings. Achieve a state where you believe the person you see in the mirror is a better version of yourself. Look deep into your eyes. This can be really hard and will probably make you cringe the first times but can work wonders if you take it serious. For meditation is headspace the app many people recommend. …

She says hello back and you’re standing there, looking into her eyes and don’t know what to say? You get nervous and the silence is going to make you insane. And then you will cover up with something and fail like: “I just wanted to say hello.” And she’s like “well... hello”. and you’re like: “yeah I don’t know what to say else.” And she thinks you’re a fucking idiot.

About 2-3 years ago I went to the gym with a friend. That held on for about 1 year. Around the same time I got diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, a gut disease. For 3 months now I'm suffering from a flare and I'm always in this mood "When you get to gym you will shit yourself. Also you don't have any energy, you will get panic attacks in bus on the way to the gym....." So I don't go. I also hate working out at home. I just realized that I don't really need a gym buddy. I just need to get fucking…

Would be nice if he could spot on bench press but also just to speak to someone while I'm in the gym. I'm much more confident when I'm around other people rather than just being awkward by myself. I know that I need to fix this first instead of searching for a gym buddy but for now it would help me to go to the gym in the first place.

After I took M I was able to dance sober in clubs. I don‘t know if it was because of the drug but it felt really natural to dance and only think a little bit about what other people might judge my dance skills.

It's a chronic gut diseases so doctors say it's permanent but there are cases in which someone was able to heal. It's time to heal.

Hey man I feel you. For about 5 years (21 now) I'm dealing with not holding in my piss. When I'm sitting down and other stuff my urin is coming out. Just a little but for multiple times a day. I thought it can't get worse until summer of 2016 when I got ulcerative colitis which is waaay worse than my urine issue. This disease is f*cking up my whole life. No motivation to do anything, my comfort zone shrunk to my home, depression and consant severe panic attacks when I'm out because of the fear o…

Monk mode is more about cutting off sexual thoughts completely so that you can get an understanding of what it is what you want. So NoFap should be a necessary addition to monk mode. Things like meditation and lifting are good activities in order to stay focused. Also set clear goals for each activity so that you can keep track of your progress. I can really recommend that you're not planning on doing too much. Rather focus on things/activities and invest in them. If you can handle all those thi…
