Think about 20 years in the future, when you look back to now. Is what you want to remember how often you played videogames? I know I already regret spending so much time on videogames when I was younger, when I could have been improving in my hobbies, career, gym, relationships, etc. Videogames add nothing to my life, so I dropped them. The one exception is the occasional online session with friends from other cities, as a way of maintaining relationships. Also, unfollow all game related subred…

Can you work during your time at Uni A? Either way, if you make 70-90k afterward, you could easily pay off your debt of 18k in about a year, assuming you don't live somewhere expensive.

In addition to all the recommendations here, stop watching fortnite streams, stop looking at fortnite YouTube vids, and unsubscribe from its subreddit. Not being constantly reminded of the game makes quitting easier.
