Diet might play a role. Try going plant based for a while, especially no milk, and I'm sure your libido will drastically go down. That is at least my personal experience

Animal protein actually decreases test, plenty of studies showing that. Animal fat, on the other hand, increases it. So pure protein powders are pretty bad for T
