Yeah I understand that, but if you have custody, you should already have a house with heat and running water for yourself. A child having a shower and just existing in your house won’t cost you anything extra aside from a negligible increase in water usage.

Now that is some quality content. But I don’t think child support should be based off income. No kid needs $1750 a month. There are entire families who live off less than that, although not very well I imagine. Estimate the monthly cost of food and clothes and other supplies. HALF it, as it’s both of the parents’ responsibility. Zero of the child support should go to rent, the parents cellphone bill, etc. if you can’t afford your rent and bills on your own, you probably shouldn’t have custody. C…

In my house, the toilet seat and lid are both closed after every use, regardless of who uses the toilet. It’s never an argument for us. People should be closing both before flushing anyway. Fecal matter etc will shoot out from the toilet flushing. If you don’t care about that though, I do not for a second understand why anyone would want the seat left down. It’ll just get pissed on. Any time I shit in a public bathroom, I lift the seat when I’m done to prevent it from getting pissed on by some u…

I understand what you’re saying. But what people are trying to explain to you is that there are situations where the black person is selected even when they weren’t necessarily the best candidate. Race/gender/sexuality should never be a consideration when hiring. It should solely be based off of merit.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/02/20 03:36 PM
1

Skin colour, gender, and sexual preference should never be known to pretty much any employer looking to hire. There are a few exceptions like women’s shelters or extreme edge cases like that.
/r/PussyPassDenied11/02/20 02:35 PM
3

I believe it means they have to hire black peoples regardless of how good or bad they perform. You could get someone great. You could get someone awful. Equality would be removing all identifying information from a resume (name gender etc) and hiring solely based education and work experience.

so apparently the average male height in north america is 5'10 according to a quick google search.. so her minimum is already slightly above average. so another google search shows the average female weight in north america is 170 lbs. so to make things equivalent, lets say 10 lbs per inch. so that would be anything more than 160 lbs.

/r/PussyPassDenied31/01/20 02:29 PM

To be fair, I think telling your weight would be an issue if you weren’t fit. I don’t think tall people care about telling people their height either. Both cases are irrelevant to a relationship, especially height, as that’s something that can’t be changed.

I think that the generations of people who were taught to never hit a woman ended up raising children that don’t understand the reason why that social rule was put in place.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/10/19 08:17 PM

Definitely. But I would guess that the ratio of straight men who are into fashion vs not would be quite low compared to gay men who are into fashion vs not. I try not to make generalizations.

I think it’s because some gay men tend to be into fashion etc.

Alimony is retarded. If you don’t want me, you don’t get the benefits that come with me. I can understand in long term relationships where one spouse gave up their own career to take care of a child or children. But even then, there needs to be a time limit on how long you’d have to pay alimony. Never more than 2-3 years, even that is painful. I want to say 1 month for every year they’ve been married, but that can be too short.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/10/19 02:23 PM
1

Paying $150 a month on $43k is going to take forever. I don’t understand people who just pay minimums.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/09/19 02:32 PM
2

I’ve always been curious. If someone is forced to pay like this and it’s way beyond what they can afford, how does that work? Is it just payments indefinitely until it’s paid off?
/r/PussyPassDenied06/09/19 11:47 PM
1

I mean, it’s not ok to hit anyone, regardless of what’s between their legs. But I believe you should always defend yourself with a reasonable amount of force.

I like the one where the guy bought a ticket, finalized the divorce, then after being divorced he won. ex-wife tried to get half. Judge awarded her half of the cost of the ticket when he bought it, because that’s all it was worth when they were together.

They should remove separate leagues, and let men and women play together. Then everyone can get paid on what they bring to the table. If those percentages are correct, I’d be pissed if I was one of the men.

/r/PussyPassDenied02/07/19 02:10 PM

Never hit a woman. It was a social agreement that just made sense. Then women started taking advantage of this, thinking they can go around and hit people and expect not to get hit back.

i agree. it's better than nothing but she tried to ruin the lives of 15(!!!) men. even a year per man wouldn't be enough in my eyes. i can understand some sort of leniency if it was once... they made a stupid mistake and can learn from it. but 15 times.... at least a year per victim, plus a life long membership of a sex offender type of list.

I got raped by an illegal alien in new yooooorrrrk
/r/PussyPassDenied19/02/19 07:51 PM
3

I understand what you’re getting at. But the penalty should be severe enough that it deters people from doing it. What would you suggest, 90% of what the falsely accused would have received? I like the idea of it being equal to what the falsely accused would have got because then someone who falsely accuses someone of stealing doesn’t get the same punishment as someone who falsely accuses someone of murder or rape.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/11/18 11:50 PM
8

While it’s true that false accusations aren’t even in the same realm as an actual attack, if the accused is innocent, he still gets punished as if he actually did the crime. Their life as they knew it is ruined.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/11/18 10:10 PM
4

Not really. You aren’t thinking of how serious the consequences for the innocent person would have been in some situations. One person is lying to try to get you to spend your life in jail (for example), so when they are caught lying, they receive the same punishment they were trying to dish out.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/11/18 09:55 PM
11

Equal punishment is the serious consequence.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/11/18 07:58 PM
11

Intentionally lying about something so serious, something that is going to ruin someone’s life needs to have very serious consequences. Having the punishment being equal to the false accusation would be a good deterrent, I believe. They would need to be proven without a doubt that they were falsely accusing someone. I wouldn’t want an actual victim to be afraid to report something out of fear of not being able to prove it.
/r/PussyPassDenied10/11/18 07:38 PM

False accusers for any crime, not just rape, should be faced with the same punishment as the accused would have received.

At the 50 second mark you can clearly see her put something in her mouth, and then her voice is muffled because there is something in her mouth when she says "yeah". Watch again. I don't know if it was gum or a mint or a candy. Whatever it was, I suspect it was because she wanted to mask her breath because she may have been drinking.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/05/16 02:27 AM

I'm not assuming she's drunk, I'm suspicious she has been drinking.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/05/16 02:07 AM

There's no maybe. She did do it, there's no question. If a police officer seen someone put gum in their mouth just before he/she got to their window, the officer would administer a roadside DUI test because it is suspicious.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/05/16 01:46 AM
8

I'm not paranoid at all, I'm just not naive. A lot of people drink and drive. The first thing every person who has been drinking does when in an accident is try to mask their breath. After an accident, you wouldn't even check if your passengers are ok? You'd call your mom/grandpa first because you share an insurance policy? Edit: hang tight there's more to this reply. Edit 2: done.
/r/PussyPassDenied13/05/16 01:30 AM

When you get into an accident, the first thing you do isn't grab your purse, find the gum pack, and put gum in your mouth. You would make sure everyone is ok and get out and assess the damage. She's not just grabbing something, she puts gum (or maybe a mint or candy) in her mouth in a secretive way before she gets out of the car and close to the other guy where he could smell her breath. I've been in a car too many times where someone whom I know has been drinking is getting pulled over. It's a …

It doesn't prove that she was for sure drinking, but it definitely looks suspicious. She even looked away from the camera and tried to hide the fact that she was putting gum in her mouth.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/05/16 11:42 PM

No, she put gum or candy on her mouth. It appears she is trying to mask her breath. No ones instinct after getting into an accident is to make sure their breath is fresh, unless they smell of booze.

I think it definitely can go both ways, but I think it definitely goes one way more than the other. I would be curious to see some stats. I wouldn't be surprised if it was 80/20 or higher of men vs women paying alimony.
/r/PussyPassDenied04/05/16 04:05 PM
2

What if they didn't have a job before moving? How long does alimony typically last? Does the spouse who would receive alimony still get it if they are the one ending the relationship?
/r/PussyPassDenied04/05/16 02:18 PM

I really don't understand alimony. Could someone explain or link me to something?
/r/PussyPassDenied04/05/16 02:13 PM

I admire his patience. If it were me, I might let the first few hits slide. But when she started dropping her boot heel down on his head and spitting on him I would have stood up and back handed her so hard she'd hit the wall, then get my shit and walk out. Gender does not matter when it comes to defending yourself. Just know who you are defending yourself from and don't use excessive force. In this case, a hard back hand seems just about right.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/02/16 12:20 PM

I think it's important in these situations to always hit the aggressor back, regardless of sex or age. It will teach them that they can't just go around hitting people and not expect to get hit back.

Definitely shouldn't be charged with the same crime, as Rogelink said, but i believe they should get the same punishment. A false rape accuser shouldn't be charged with rape because they didn't rape anyone.

I agree with you. But every time I bring it up, usually during false rape accusations, someone will always say that it would make victims afraid to report to the police, in the event they can't prove it. BTW, it's "would have", "would of" doesn't make sense. I think many people make this mistake because they hear someone say would've and it sounds like would of. Not trying to be a dick.
