I think people spend too much time in the TRP bubble if they think it's gameover for not sealing the deal on date one, which is half about logistics more than anything imo. Especially if they're going to talk themselves out of a date two because "she probably didn't really mean it". Hamsters all the way down.

It's a bit cringey that OP thinks he's telling us a cautionary tale about his friend.

God it makes me cringe when people use "Europe" like this. they behave like trash (in Europe, you don't behave like that unless you come from poor suburbs) they have an enormous amount of make-up (in Europe, having no skills in how to apply make-up also shows >you come from a poor background) most likely have zero knowledge/culture (in Europe, you can easily attend a good university and pay $200 fees a year). Lol, not too sure you've spent much time in a country in Europe much less in a capacity…

I felt that way in my late 20s. Turns out into my mid-to-late 30s I realize I'm becoming more and more interested in the idea of settling down. Been dating someone for 2 years now. Maybe something changes with age? Or maybe my experience with her has been changing me. Either way, it's like this constant itch I've had all my life has been fading into constant satisfaction instead of the hunt for it. Either I'm conquering it or I'm just low on testosterone. ;)

that's not true at all. mate selection is not a ranked distribution. not even close. the #1 selector is "guys who approach".

Besides, more power to anyone for being uninhibited in what they expect from the world. I thought that's what this sub was all about.

This entire subreddit is built around the reality that we as men aren't actually in touch with our "natural self". The way to actually mobilize identity-level change in yourself is a balance of faking it and -- most importantly -- studying the changes that faking it created. You have to know what you're faking. It's always going to be incongruent with who you are underneath at first because yeah, we can't change instantly. If you've never surfed before, the first week you try, you're efforts are…

I've actually modified my behavior to keep a slight smile on by default. Particularly when I'm, for instance, walking into a room of people or into a club. My more natural friends always have slight smiles (not grinning, but a neutral face that leans more towards warmth than a scowl) and it's just so much more inviting, approachable, and it makes them look more content and unfazed by the world around them. Like they're bringing their own energy. It's also advice I come across much more often tha…

We need to continue fostering a community focused on disseminating fundamental tools and understanding so that you don't need to memorize and analyze a bunch of canned strategies. What's more helpful, having Mystery's A1 A2 A3 C1 C2 C3 R1 R2 R3 or Tyler Durden's RSD program in your head when you're out in the world? Right now, the PUA community's first layer cultivates what amounts of a bunch of resentful magicians running around with a spell book. Some never make it to the inner layer, and that…

The thought of 6 cups being too much for your bachelor cookware killed me. I loved that conversation. I'm only that funny in those hypothetical conversations I have with myself at 2am.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
