I've never respected trades more in my life. All tradesman I met when asked just laughed and said sitting at home doesn't pay the bills.

The power of being a independent thinker and having the confidence you will prevail regardless of what others think is key. You are responsible for how you think, not others.

If they truly wanted to appeal to women they would of had a lady texting and driving as majority I see on the road are doing that.

I knew a guy who gave his ex his car on a payment plan in which she pays him every 2nd week. Turns out she never paid him back, bounced and fucked his brother for good measure.

Nothing better than setting goals that YOU want to achieve. Never let anyone tell you otherwise, achievements are stepping stones to forging your success and path.

Nice choice! I have a JDM Type R brought over from Japan awhile back. Fantastic cars, never had a bad experience in it.

Ever since they got brought out by Renault they have been producing garbage cars. Shame that their legacy of building some of the most badass engines and cars has ended to building shitty crossovers.

Currently doing this right now, saved up $10,000 so far living with my parents. Rent is cheap, great relationship with my folks so it's not bad!

I had a phase growing up where I would post everything and anything on social media to get attention and likes. I'm an adult now, don't do any of that shit and cringe at the thought of doing it. Why would you rely so heavily on what others think of you? Couldn't live in a shallow bubble.

I've had people in the past try to hold me back to travel because "they weren't able to join in" or be a part of it. Don't let others conceited mindset try to stop you from doing what you want to do. If I had listen, fuck knows what i would of missed out on.

I just booked a trip across the world alone because of this same thing. Why wait on others when you can do it yourself? Life's to short to make excuses.

Someone I know instead of buying an engagement ring, spent the money on a trip to Japan. I think that has far better value in the long run.

To me it seems it is more of a status to be married, rather than an actual relationship. You spent a shit ton of money on a useless ass ring, get tied to someone who now owns half of your shit and chances are is it in for the financial incentive. Pretty much like tieing your balls to a hot air balloon, it will take you for a ride but eventually it will run out of fuel.

Hey buddy, 23 year old here. You got a good head on your shoulder. When I was 20, I was so hell bent of having a girlfriend, any opportunities to progress in my life took a back seat for girls. Took me 2 years to get my shit straight, I now have started my career in a professional market, make good money with future goals in mind while I am young. Best of luck to you my friend, I am sure you're steps ahead of your peers.

One of the things that made me reconsider marriage was my father's life being married. He's stupidly smart, makes good money but does not have a backbone in his body. Never wanted conflict, would put up any barrier to criticism nor challenging an opinion. I've been in a relationship for over 3 years now and just the thought of being married scared the shit out of me. This reddit has helped me foresee a lot of relationships.

A very close family member is in a situation like this, always following her, spending time but she won't commit for feels the same yet uses him for money, drives, dinners. I keep telling him to ditch her, but he keeps holding onto to the chance she falls for him. Only so much I can do.

Holy shit I thought the same thing earlier this week, every man has ethier returned the favor or thanked me. Only females that have returned the favor or were grateful were elderly.

I find this is the worst in cities, a lot of millennials are brought into the idea that men are all toxic, privileged and deserve little to no recognition.

I am 23 and glad to see that's a complete waste of money and your time. Why do people a ring will justify being with a person? What does a female give to the male besides the fucking bill?

Reminds me of my discovery of a former classmate was in porn. We weren't close or anything, the odd conversation and all that. 5 years down the road and a buddy of mine shares a link that popped up on the homepage of xvideos of her getting plowed. Makes me wonder how many others I know are on porn sites.

I had this supervisor once (female) and she used to grind all over me, play with my hair and purposely bend over to get my attention. She ended up leaving a couple of months later but reminds me of this story here.

First off thank you for the gold, very much appreciate it. Importers would be your best bet, as they can have access to auctions in Japan which tend to get cars for way less (that's how I purchased mine). Since I am located outside of the US, I would think importers would be different. I did Google search and found one in the states that might do auction importing, which will save you more money. I have not used the site but it looks well received. http://www.jdmautoimports.com

Congrats man! As a 22 year old that just aspires me to go after bigger car goals. I imported a car from Japan last year as it was on my bucket list. Couldn't done it without proper self discipline and working.

Sorry, I compared to Canada's minimum wage. Didn't think the difference would be much between that and USA.

I agree, I work in an industry that involves tipping however I never expect it. I'm expected to provide a standard and service, why should I now rely on someone giving me change for doing my job while my employer shoehorns a new way to reduce Labour hours.
/r/MGTOW18/03/19 04:25 AM
4

Let's see: Average minimum wage = $11 an hour 8 hour shift per 5 days (10 per 2 weeks) Average tip amount $150-300 (let's say you make 200 per shift) Total per week = $1,448 Bi-weekly = $2,896 Monthly = $5,792 Mind you this isn't including taxes but it's safe to say you would clear at least 50-60k a year just by serving drinks and smiling. Pretty sure EMT's get paid less and they deal with actual stress.

I'm in a class of at least 12 females from all around the world. I'm also the only dude in that class and happen to be white. Whenever a female makes a mistake in class, it's passed off as "learning" or a simple mistake. Now when I make a mistake or get something wrong, they all gang up and shout corrections at me. I can't even speak answers without getting shitty looks while everyone else smiles to their female counterpart. It's almost as at any chance they can one-up a man, they feel better or…

Nice! I get the chance to drive a lot of cars for my current job and always loved driving 911's. My goal is to have land or a home one day and just have a small collection of cars. I'm 22, but I know if I continue to follow it, chances are it will happen!

One thing I learned is bro code. I've had people in my life (girlfriends) who have tried to encourage me to back stab, dismiss a friend because of their own interests. Commodity is a rare trait men still have.

What's the point of paying $20,000 for a party and some asshole to tell me that everything I once owned is now split, just to have people who couldn't care less to get drunk for free.
