I think often it's not given a second thought until afterwards, that it's possible to go all the way through pregnancy, birth, and circumcision, without questioning the motivation for mutilation, nor being aware of what is removed and how. In that case the mutilating surgeon and all assistants and advisors, and anyone who trafficks the tissue, or facilitates such, are all guilty of crimes, aggravated by the age of the victim and the sexual nature of the crime. We might agree about those things but I think they only complicate the issue of circumcision. You can't cut parts off a baby (outside of a medical emergency) is the start and end of it. It follows that you can't cut a baby with any possible configuration of genitals, anywhere on their body, and again it follows that you can't cut a baby with any possible configuration of genitals, on their genitals.
