I live in a college town. All winter long girls are lined up outside the clubs shivering in their tank tops and mini skirts or booty shorts. It's really painful to see. I walk by in my toasty Patagonia jacket and give them a hard time: "you know you'd look better in a sweater and boots". Cattle.
