taken over by the same alt-right-tards that the rest of the fun subs have also been taken over by.

exactly. our field is often seen as "do some work at home and get paid bank, but really just do female stuff all the time" by those who don't live in it. it's not a part-time job that gives you the freedom to stay at home with your kids, or to take long, multi-hour breaks in the middle of the workday. It's an actual job, with actual time requirements, with actual effort put forth by those who succeed. I know and have hired plenty of female developers, and they were able to succeed on their own m…

and this is why no males take feminism seriously.

not shreddanon, but tallandrichanon. and it always seems like it's the fat chicks who need a guy that's super tall. probably to make them look not so goddamn fat. they date someone their height who is a normal weight, it makes them look fucking huge.

lol, i just love how the manlets have to bring up weight any time height is questioned. it just makes short guys look like even bigger crybabies to everyone watching them have a facebook fight.

the problem with privilege is that it's a real thing -- but it isn't something you can use to discount someone else's opinion, which is what the tumblrinas use it for.

the trouble is, too many of you folk (the ones fighting the hardest against "pc nazis" or whatever), whenever we try to figure out why you're so against it, it largely comes down to you wanting to say nigger or faggot and not have people call you out on it. Seriously, that's about it. I get where PC culture can get a little wonky, like this stuff in the article/link, but "pc culture" has become (yet another) dogwhistle for racists and xenophobes to rally against liberals and progressives. and ye…

everybody ought to be able to speak their mind without having their entire life on the line. that's the PC culture backlash we're experiencing.

fuck him more. without him pulling that shit, none of the rest would have happened. that's the kind of crap that gets innocents killed. he's way more guilty in my book than she is.

exactly. i ride exactly 4 miles each way for my job. I'd be late to work if I had to road-rage every person who did stupid shit. Much less the ones who actually do dangerous shit, like running you off the road. When I had to lay mine down, the driver who caused it came to a screeching halt and asked if I was ok, then helped me get through the shakes, and asked if I wanted her info. She was so cool I just let it go. There's never, ever a need to escalate, especially when you're the one not in a c…

no, what's worse is the biker did anything at all. he could have done nothing, and nothing would have happened. He clearly had a clear left lane to just coast by in (and maybe give a "wtf" wave), or could have just slowed his roll. he went in there balls and dick swinging, trying to provoke her, and it worked. anything that happened after that is his fault.

he wasnt even close to being run off the road. he had a clear left lane, he had plenty of time to just slow the fuck down. he did this purposefully and with malice aforethought. he's a damned criminal. the more people like you justify this, the worse it looks for bikers everywhere. he could have just done nothing and honked at her or flipped her off or something. he didn't have to go fucking with her safety equipment. that's grade-a douchenozzle right there.

exactly. that's the thing they teach you day 1 of motorcycle school. not just day 1, but practically minute 1 of hour 1 of day 1 of school. and then the rest of the school is about how to be safe. this guy clearly needs his motorcycle endorsement revoked. he didn't learn shit, and certainly isn't applying it.

but shit happens while driving, all the goddamn time. it's why "defensive driving" is a thing. if cars took every cut-off as an opportunity to side swipe or pit maneuver the offender, the world would be a clusterfuck. bikers just think they're gods special snowflakes and that any minor injustice means they can do whatever they want. this asshole belongs in jail, and remove his license for life. bitch needs punishment too, but this guy is a danger to everyone. if that bitch ended up killing someo…

it's too bad she didn't squish his brains into the pavement. asshole will go on thinking he was in the right and it was all her fault.

Yet another asshole biker. I mean, yeah, she kinda sorta cut him off. Then he feels the need to fuck with her car. Why do bikers all do this? Do they think the person in the car is gonna be "gee, helpful biker, thanks for showing me the error of my ways!"? No, they're gonna be pissed at you. I'd call this mirror move the instigating factor. Then, he races around dangerously to avoid being caught by the woman (who also drives crazily, of course). This biker is a fucking asshole, and I hope someon…

it's the national review. everything is the left's fault.

it's the national review... they straight-up invent reasons to denigrate the left.

it's from the national review... all they do is denigrate the left. something tells me that tattoo artist isn't voting for trump, but I guess you never know...

That's what happy hour is for. I need an hour or so to decompress from work. Great time to meet up with your friends. When I get home, I'm barraged from every angle. I'm tired, brain-dead, and yet I've got to pretend to be sympathetic to the stupid work situations of my wife, or do something with the kid, or whatever. We've got it all worked out now so I can actually come home and just unwind. It all comes down to communication. I told her that I'm giving her and kid at best 30% of what I could …

just look to the middle east, especially places like iraq and syria. the radicalization of young men there is due to there being zero chance of mating. the top 1% there have harems of women, but the men born poor have no chance. Sure, they might rape a few dozen women in their life, but it's not a long-term, willing partner. We already have enough redneck jihadists in America. But we also have some of the sluttiest women, so our overall social stability is quite high.

The primary flaw in this argument is the stance that american neo-traditional marriage is the ideal. Plenty of groups of people had women raise children in village-style communities. Plenty of people still do that today. People with large extended families can pass the kids around all the time.
