| – | Own Your StuffI’ve lost 12 lbs in 30 days. Most of it may be water weight, but the scale isn’t fluctuating so I have hope. My husband said he’s noticed my shape is more defined. I’m 5’4 and 158. I’m very excited to continue until I reach 120. My not so great moment this month was falling off the machine at the gym and having a panic attack there. My monthly goals were to lose weight, to make progress on my gym phobia, and to be more proactive in my GAD recovery. After the panic attack I left the gym. It wasn’… | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/11/19 06:51 PM |
| 4 | Book Series Recommendation: The Amy Vanderbilt Success Program for WomenThere is a complete book of etiquette on archive.com, you can borrow the whole book for up to 14 days. I don’t know if it includes any of the books listed but it’s there, and may be close to what these books describe. | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/11/19 07:36 PM |

| 11 | My (25F) boyfriend (26M) told me he is struggling with feeling depressed and numb. Help?I appreciate it. He’s a stronger man, now, then before. It really hurts to watch another person start on a journey that you’ve already walked. I’m so thankful my husband is here on this Earth still. | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/10/19 06:54 AM |
| 45 | My (25F) boyfriend (26M) told me he is struggling with feeling depressed and numb. Help?hi, my husband recently just made an attempt on his life. What you wrote seemed very similar to how I thought about the situation with my husband. He suddenly just stopped being emotional available, going to work... it was like he ghosted from the inside. I tried helping him early on, meal prepping for him (he works long hours), doing everything around the house, anything to take any more stress than work off his back. Then, he stopped going to work, showering, eating. It was very hard to watch.… | /r/RedPillWomen | 21/10/19 05:59 AM |

| 1 | Worst Wife *ever*“Live apart” as in 15 hours away then 3 hrs away now. (Moved from college to hometown with parents) | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/05/19 04:31 PM |
| 1 | Worst Wife *ever*I don’t live with him because I’ve been in college. He has to get the forms because they’re on base and I can’t get on base. The insurance thing is a big deal, the sponsor (the person in the army) is required to be there with me. So that’s what’s been stopping me from taking over. I spend almost every other night, asking and asking for a plan literally anything begging him. “Give me a plan.” “Just set the means of our life, please.” He just says “ok” like he’s going to get back to me on it but h… | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/05/19 04:31 PM |
| 2 | Worst Wife *ever*The thing is I don’t even have my dependent card that lets me on that base to turn in forms. He hasn’t even put me on his insurance. He plays this perfect husband at night but puts me in these situations by pure carelessness. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/05/19 04:06 PM |
| 2 | Book Recommendations 💓My husband and I were gifted “What your mother couldn’t tell you and your father didn’t know” We read it the first month— saved us both. I love it. We still use it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/05/19 01:47 PM |
| – | What's for dinner?Highly recommend Southern Living. They also had a recipe for a Rum bundt cake. No idea, you could check, it was the March or April edition. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/19 05:32 PM |
| – | What's for dinner?I’m trying out Shrimp Corn Chowder, recipe found in the back of Southern Living. I’m a southern based home cook on the coast so I was looking for something new to try with shrimp! | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/19 05:21 PM |
| – | What's for dinner?Honestly call that Tim Hortons and have them read the ingredients off to you. Say you’re allergic to something lol... I did that once with a Panera Bread soup. | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/19 05:20 PM |
| 2 | How to CARE about my appearance? My mood has been increasing actually which is why I think I’ve got this sudden motivation to take care of myself. I think where I hit the dead-end is being anxious about what I’m wearing. Anxious what what products to use. Realizing that’s my problem and going from there is helpful! Today I woke up earlier as past comments suggested and I’m actually wear a comfortable skirt to classes. I actually follow the woman you linked. Such a great channel! Mentioning feeling pressured really resonated wit… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/19 05:11 PM |

| 3 | How to CARE about my appearance? That’s super helpful. Thank you. I think decision fatigue is what I struggle with most. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/19 07:53 PM |
| 1 | Challenge: CookingYes please do! Oh also there’s a few seasonings that are good, a Canadian steak seasoning or a coffee rub steak seasoning. Both add a little something. I don’t use them every time! | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/19 03:15 AM |
| 2 | Challenge: CookingI don’t know which recipes you want so I’m just going to assume the Roast. Haha. It’s an old recipe and it’s mostly done by eye. It was taught to my by my Nana, who’s 70’now. But I’ll try to give a description. Ingredients: -beef! (Roast, chuck steak, stew meat doesn’t matter but the roast takes longer) -bacon -onion -garlic -bay leaf -mushrooms -rosemary -beef stock -tomato paste -red wine! (Red mix or your fav, something you’d drink on a regular Saturday night) Pat down the roast with paper to… | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/19 03:10 AM |
| 3 | Challenge: CookingMy husband loves this chocolate stout cake I made for Christmas. He talks about it ALOT, December was almost 5 months ago... I impressed his grandfather with Pralines (an old family recipe). But bottom line, roast with red wine is my husbands favorite meal. I make these little golden potatoes to go along side it! He just loves it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/19 02:56 AM |
| 4 | How do you know if you are being used/ taken advantage of or just lack personal agency & grattitude? Is this duck that I am related to abusive or incapable??Reach out to a church; a women’s group. You can join a women’s bible study. They will help you and accept you. I think what you did was noble for your family however I do not believe that it wasn’t abusive. I hope you find security in community soon. Finding community helps heal feelings of abandonment and loneliness. I hope you find release from your guilt and grieve. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/04/19 06:45 PM |
| 6 | How do you be graceful in the morning before having showered or looking presentable? In the morning I usually wake before my husband so he does not see me “grumpy”. I wouldn’t even call it grumpy, it’s more groggy because I’m a hard sleeper haha... but my TRICK/TIP is to have a chore that’s manageable and quick to complete in the morning to make myself feel more accomplished. For example, I load the dishwasher every night and run it. When I wake up the first thing I do while the coffee brews is unload the dishwasher and put the dishes away. Then it’s time for quiet reading time … | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/04/19 02:43 PM |
| – | Gratitude: What are you thankful for?The book F.W. and my youth group! After a whole school year of searching for like minded women I finally found them 2 months before I leave to go move in with my husband. Life is just funny that way! But I’m thankful for the time I’ve had with them. God is good! | /r/RedPillWomen | 22/04/19 02:34 PM |
