Don't forget the upvote/downvote system here isn't designed to signify if people like the content of your comments it's to signify how much the content of your comment contributes to the topic of the thread. Essentially your comments contribute nothing of value, that's why you're getting downvotes. So yeah you can say whatever you want but if it's not relevant then it's going to get downvoted and subsequently hidden.
