Yep, I think the act of putting up the post was cathartic in it's own right. I'm a single dad with young kids, so not too many friends to say it out loud to. So saying it to a bunch of strangers who share the same outlook on me was just as good as saying it to a close friend. Sometimes you just have to externalise the thoughts in your head before you accept them as truth.
