I've read it but I was confused. I understand Frame is a subconscious framework of some sort, but how does one build it and remove yourself from another persons frame. Do we consciously decide act confident in situations and therefore our Frame changes?

First time posting on this thread. Major Goal: get out family finances in check, we are hemorrhaging money. I've been a drunken captain too long. However, you have to realize that statement applies to you, and things you want, as well. Very true! I've discovered on my early journey of building my frame and her confidence in me is this: don't be a hypocrite. Hypocrisy is another way of showing you don't fully support your own decisions.

This means a great deal to me. I would love to see some in depth analysis for wives who, through their upbringing, developed a severe aversions to sex. I know my wife can be sexual and enjoys sex. We just do it roughly 1/week. She has major self confidence issues and a negative view on sex caused by an abusive boyfriend and father.
