That is an incredibly limited view...in reality, people leave for multiple reasons---from their needs not being met, personal tragedies, insurmountable (home/work) responsibilities, feeling unheard/unseen by those they love, being pushed away, or simply because they can walk out while it still hurts a little bit less.
