Ugh, I really feel like you are reading way too into it. Also, my intent is not to white knight someone, definitely not, I absolutely hate that whole aspect. My intent, usually with things such as topics and conversation online, is to maybe bring things more into a neutral outside perspective on things. I feel people are missing the point with what she is trying to say, and dare I say, jumping down her throat. I am just trying to explain what I think the message is here, her post. I thought it w…

She was definitely interested in you. I don't know if she was directly hitting on you, but all she knew what to do or chose to do was to pert herself in a position to be able to talk to you. Maybe she was flirting, I don't know, I wasn't there, but I believe her intent was along the same lines. She was obviously talking about you with her co-workers with interest. Hey, it is totally fine. You were able to realize it was a potential if not obvious moment that you didn't see at the time. When I th…

The point is to say that you shouldn't always feel like you are just trouble for her, like many men might feel when they cold approach someone. They might enjoy you approaching them, and that it could be a positive experience for both of you. This is something that should be a helpful thought, possibly to help change some peoples mentalities on approach. Like right now, you are just viewing it all with just a negative view point, as if she is just being selfish. She is just saying to not be so a…

Do you know of any other well populated and good discussion forums for various topics or specific ones? Ill still use reddit, but with all the greater issues, it makes me want to seek out other websites more focused on (more classic?) forum structures.

The idea behind the perception of models is based from media and, stuff like that. They are just people like you or me, but their profession is to look really good. Therefore they workout and take extra care of their looks, skin, hairstyle, and that all gives them a huge plus. Plus socializing and getting to know other models (attractive people), they have a bit of experience on that side of things already. Besides all that, they aren't on a whole different level unless they are rockstar level l…

Omfg. Before I knew anything about girls, with my first girlfriend when we were just in the dating whatever phase, we had a, little fight, kind of. I wouldnt say it was a fight actually, but I messed up a bit and she got mad. We were about to watch a movie at her place but she told me to leave. So, I did, but she came out to the driveway and was all like, REALLY? I was soooo utterly confused. She was now mad that I was leaving. She was mad at me and wanted me to leave, but now mad that I was lea…

This is why it is so weird and a bit cringey to me in older movies when the main characters tries to win over the cheerleader queen of the school.

To add to what others are saying, act interested, but not over attached and making it seem like they are all thats on your mind. Show them your interest, but it isnt a priority and it isnt a big deal if they dont reciprocate. To some, if they are potentially interested in you, they may try to vie for your attention and priority. Then they wont feel so high up on a pedastool that you are trying to reach, she will ty to reach you or if you approsch it differently, you both will be more on the same…

Also how one delivers a type of line along with body language is a factor to keep in mind. Your initial line may work for other types of people if you came off a bit more shy but still confident. Eitherway, the slightly altered opener, especially hooking her by getting her involved with the opener is great and interesting to think about on a social psychological level, for lack of better words.

There is a fine line and other factors for what is and is not creepy. Also try to understand what creepy means and why some things are considered creepy. For example, things that are considered creepy are things that are unnatural or uncommon, so someone teasing and flirting with you in a slightly above average level of intensity could be seen as or feel creepy, but it could at the same time feel bold and therefore be seen as confident and brave, for them to not care how something may sound or c…

With that in mind, beating the game with leave you possibly confused and wondering what just happened, just like you might be sometimes after being with someone.

I'm a master at running through to get the Gravelord sword as soon as you reach firelink shrine. I wonder if this could be analogous to anything.

Well that depends on the kind of person you are intrested in. It is usually a win win, depending on if you are going for someone who is more than just looks, or if a trophy wife is your thing, then you probably don't want much more than that, but what she gives in return is something for you to understand and find out either before or during courtship or whatever. I am answering based on the possible implications your comment might have.

It hurts remembering back and realizing. All you can do is hope it happens again and to catch on quicker jn the future. Like, wtf, my younger self was such a moron.

Awesome dude! It only gets easier. Eventually it will only take you 30 minutes of pacing around, haha, but no seriously, it will get easier, and you will get better. Moreso, you will get better control of your nerves.

The best analogy I ever heard about Nice Guys is that they think of women like vending machines. The more they put in coins of Niceness, the Vending machine will drop down Sex as an item.

Damn, good job dude! Keep it up! You didn't give up, remember that. That was your greatest achievement. Because of that, you got your first number.

Oh I definitely know now. I was just talking from past experiences when I had no clue on how to detect direct flirting or just casual conversing. I usual just go into casual talking mode, and in the example I told, I think she picked that up as that I didnt want to respond back with flirting, then she just completely went cold on me after that time. I can pick up these things a lot better now. Oh I completely agree on the eye contact thing. I wish I knew this back then. All you can do is learn a…

Ugh, back then, there was this girl I found super attractive. I was super stupid about understanding what flirting or flirty behavior was. Looking back now, she was acting super flirty around me, but when I accidentally came off as disinterested one time, I saw how she completely stopped being flirty around me. She worked at a local coffee shop. She used to always make eye contact, give a look, say something when I cam to pick up my drink. Then one time without going into detail of words used, s…

It doesnt matter the year, what matters is what people learn or rather dont learn when growing up. I think esecially now in the current western society that it is harder for people to know things like this, as it wont all just come with social experiences for everyone. We live in a society where there are so many things to so that many people will just stay at home, and wont be out there figuring these kinds of things out for themeselves somewhat naturally. What I realized for about how I was ba…

It is great when girls or whoever come in and give input like this. It can give more confidence in people trying to figure out what advice is worth considering or not. Although all girls are different, and have had differing opinions on some of the posts.

Understanding your current mindset, understanding the difference between your current mindset and the mindset you are going for, and practice. There is also the thing of fake it till you are it. Not the bad kind of faking, but, like, lets say you you aren't good at carrying yourself as a confident person. Pretend like you are in your body language and other actions or decisions, and eventually it will come off more naturally and will be legit real when you do.

And the more you keep trying, the better you become. (I was going to say, and the more you keep shooting, the better you get, but that sounds baf, haha).

You need to be more specific on your last four years. What have you tried to improve, what have you been doing to improve, what experiences you've had and what those were like. Were you actively trying to get experience and going out and trying things (in a sense, practicing)? So yea, the real world is tough. It is only as tough as you let it + also just really tough in general depending on you are in life/what situation you are currently in. Regardless, if you want something, you know how to ge…
