While "teach men not to rape" is a stupid catch phrase that implies men are rapists until taught not to be, I don't see how improved sexual education could hurt in these situations. The solution to rape isn't for victims to be more careful. I wouldn't consider my self much of a feminist nor would I say it's acceptable to place all blame on men, but there is a seriously large problem in regards to rape, sexual assault, and sexual harassment. Nearly every girl I know has experienced one of the three at some point, and while the actions of the few outweigh the actions of the many, it's a problem that needs to be solved. Doesn't mean it should never happen. Not just legally, which is easily seen, but throughout history the women was always subordinate to the man. Women in the past were oppressed because they couldn’t vote, get educated, own land, have an abortion among a plethora of other rights.
