in online dating looks and status is the first impression, not personality. if you're not even good looking you wont get a chance to show your personality

since you give good impressions, so people like to get to know you more, why don't you try to do a dating experiment and see how it goes? and then compare that to your normal experience

no to OP

just because most women don't doesn't mean you can't find a handful of women that do. it seems like you're frustrated that the women you're going for want to pursue their careers rather than start a family
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/26 05:16 AM

why are you trying to tell people what would make them more happy? not everyone will be fulfilled because they started a family. you'd rather have the people that want to have a family start one so the kid is raised in the best environment. Ironically, this argument comes mainly from the girls working in marketing, human resources, or other cushy white collar jobs. Like no, you do not feel more fulfilled sending emails and saving up money to go to Disneyland than you would as a wife/mother. I'm …

why don’t you interact with older women then?

this is not a radical idea, if you ask any women “can women do bad” and they will say yes. also I feel like for a lot of these points are a strawman argument

nobody is choosing partners they aren’t attracted to unless it’s for money

if you're comparing the value of a woman that only sleeps with good looking guys vs the value of a woman that only sleeps with unvaluable, then yes. but outside of that scope no

that is not true, the ratio of single moms to really attractive guys is not that high. 90% of single moms are single moms because either they had a kid too early and the dad wanted nothing to do with it or they got a divorce and the dad gave up custody over their children

So why are there more single moms that ever? there are more single moms because divorce is higher because woman can actually afford to leave their marriage and still have an income and be a functioning member of society. before, women had to depend on their man for money so it would be easier to stay in a bad relationship than try to manage everything alone. also an easy divorce for women is still relatively new. Seems like they do bad choices when it comes to choosing their partner based on fee…

you’re right it’s not the only reason but it is one of the biggest reasons. in no particular order: financial independence for women hookup culture the creation of birth control dating apps working for profit instead of relationships everyone being isolated/online instead of in person we can talk about dating problems and gender wars all day but it won’t change anything

modern dating is just different because it wasn’t expected for women to have a job, so women had to be dependent on a man. this led to lower standards and willingness to put up with red flags because there was no other option. now with financial independence, women are allowed to be more picky with who they date, have more standards, and be able to dump someone whenever they want to. which makes it harder for men

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
