This is a useful strategy, because it allows her to see your home and get comfortable there without any pressure to do anything. Later if she returns with you, there aren't any unexpected surprises.

If you find a girl that you think meets your criteria, and you want to pay her a compliment, compliment her non-physical qualities. tell you like her intelligence, sense of humor, confidence, kindness, style, grace, maturity, etc, and that this quality is hard to find/ important to you. This shows that you see her as more than a hot piece of ass. Don't over do it though. Give her a real compliment, but don't lay it on too thick, that can signal a guy who's gotten overly infatuated.

I would avoid using alcohol as a crutch for overcoming your issues. You just have to face your shit head on, stay in control and make a move. if you rely on alcohol then you're either boxed in to certain alcohol friendly interactions or drinking at times when you shouldn't be. Deal with your problems sober so you can do your thing anytime, any place.

Also it seems your spell checker is broken. Make sure your texts aren't full of errors or the ladies will think you're lacking intelligence or education (low status).

I really think you missed OP's point.

It's probably not your height that's holding you back, but focusing on shorter girls could help with that. Since you've got female friends you could ask them to give you pointers about your fashion and grooming strategy. The advice that's most commonly given is to lose the flab, shave your facial hair, get a decent hairstyle and some new clothes. These things can change your appearence, but mostly just give you more confidence, since you no longer feel disadvantaged. Also, when asking for a date…

It sounds like you're having success with your outward personal charisma if people are drawn to you and you're making friends. If I had to guess, I'd say there is something about your approach with individuals where you're sabotaging yourself. How are you approaching these women? What types of activities are you suggesting? How have you communicated your interest in them?

You could try talking to her about what she wants, what she's done before, what she's comfortable with, how sexual she wants to get. Once you know where she is, her reluctance could be due to fear of rejection, fear of being inexperienced, negative experiences in her past, or difficulty trusting people. Build up her trust in you. Be honest. If you say you'll call her, do it. Be trustworthy and reliable. Let her know you are not going to take advantage of her and split.

Everyone is different. Only you know what you're feeling and if you're ready to upgrade your relationship. But those people might be right that you can't get deep if you're spread so thin.

When you find someone that you really care about, and the idea of them with someone else kills you, it's time to consider monogamy. But it's a two way street: if she's gotta be faithful to you, you be gotta be faithful to her. If you don't care whether she's sleeping with other people while seeing you, then monogamy is not for you.

I agree with her point that most PUA tricks are designed for drunk college girls. It takes a more sophisticated approach to pick up a successful career woman. Trying to use the same methods in adult life that worked in college will likely make you look immature.

Saying to a lady "I had a great time with you. Can I see you again?" is charmingly old fashioned, direct about your intention to act (more than "can I get your number") and gives her the opportunity to think about and verbalize her degree of interest in you. If she says no, you don't need to linger, if she says maybe, she hasn't decided yet, and if she says yes, you know you've gotten her interest.

Find a bar with charm, low light, less noise and a decent menu. Sit at the bar, so you can sit next to her. Know or be gentlemanly to your bartender. Buy yourself and the lady a drink. Tip well. Ask if she'd like to order some food, maybe an appetizer to share. Ask her about herself. Listen to her. Give her your undivided attention. Don't even think about sex, or checking your phone or other distractions. Focus on her. Share true things about yourself. Laugh at her jokes. Order another round of …

This is true in any situation where you want to make a good impression: Check your spelling, grammar and punctuation. Mess those things up and any girl smart enough to catch your typo will think you're an idiot.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
