It's a site admin. You can see the red "A" next to their name. These are the people enforcing the site-wise "rules". And it's not a different story. The activists that run the site are in lock-step with the crazies that mod the large subs. The only thing they ever butt heads on are monetary things, like the changes regarding the public API a while back. Other than stuff like that - that effects the site's bottom line - they are ideologically the same.
