While I can appreciate your point. I think there is something to be said for a man's gentler side. I think the most important issue is not knowing when to be a 'man' and when to act like a 'woman'. Kindness and gentleness come at far too great a cost to us men and I personally think the stronger man is the one who can achieve a balance and know when the time to be gentle is and when the time to be hard is.

To me I am skeptical about this. Isn't your body essentially just always in starvation mode? Can you still think clearly or have as much energy to go about your daily tasks at optimum efficiency? Doesn't your body tend to use up muscle mass instead of fat when you enter starvation mode?
