So the ratio of black makeup to white makeup is 1:5? Oddly enough white people in the United States are about 63% while African American blacks make up about 12% according to a quick google search I did which just so happens to be a 1:5 ratio as well. It's about demographics, being very dark skinned unfortunately puts you in a very small minority which makes any product aimed at your skin tone hard to come by due to lack of demand.
