She may be chasing a unicorn but her partner can't last a minute in bed. I don't know any woman who'd put up with that these days. Her failing really is putting her foot down and demanding he figure out how to last longer or at least please her in other ways. Yeah it may be humiliating for the guy but being a one pump chump will always end up in resentment. As a man you HAVE to figure out to at least be satisfactory in bed. Maybe it takes time to figure out, but there at least should be recognit…

Even one day a week, or sharing a nanny with another family can take a huge load off. Unfortunately in our western culture where we dont often live nearby a bunch of supportive family the workload of caring for a newborn falls almost completely on new moms. Even if you did have a partner that was splitting the work with you evenly you'd still both be exhausted.

This right here for sure. A newborn is a massive amount of work for new mom. If he cant get with the new reality, and there can be legit reasons for that too, then you may need to consider a nanny if you can afford it.

I think people need to have pretty frank and honest discussions about how tidy and clean they like their home before moving in. It can really breed resentment if one person has expectations or standards that can't be moved or met properly. Basically the same for chores, noise and music, bills, all that stuff. If you both work, then the work of keeping up the house to the standard you both agreed to beforehand should be about 50/50 unless like you just said you really want to put in the extra eff…

The fact that you cant tell is very telling. Good satire will often blur the lines between fiction and reality. But for reals it definetely is a joke sub. And a hilarious troll at that too.

It's a satire sub dude. You can read the comments and see for yourself. It definitely is fooling some people though.

Ah ok yeah that makes sense. I have a family member in their mid 40s starting to get work done on her face. It's sad because she was the hot chick most of her life and was kind of a cunt. Using up partners and treating people poorly. Now she's trying to hang on to beauty, has no kids, few freinds.

Pre-nups aren't a panacea for all your woes. And the enforceability varies wildly I'm learning from state to state but also country to country. But at least it's something! Also here in British Columbia, Canada we have something called a cohabitation agreement which comes before you even move in together. Because after a year of living together the state considers you common-law married which has pretty much all the same legal status as regular married with a licence. Which is kind of mental if …

Dude.. Me too. That's why I'm saying it now. This is hard earned experience.

Maintaining seperate residences and not getting married is also another strategy. For example your partner has a home that she owns or rents in her name with her income. If you want to mix finances then do a joint venture on a business you co-own where she contributes equally. I don't know about UK laws I can only speak to Canadian laws.

Hygiene, self-worth and social ability are all traits worth fostering in yourself. Filter out the shitty people not worth your time and focus on hobbies and projects or interests you care about. The rest will come! I don't know your situation but you're not alone if you find dating challenging. Pretty much everyone does. Just don't give up and don't settle my dude! You have things to offer a partner garunteed and someone will eventually see your worth and want to match it.

This sub is constantly being invaded by misogynistic incel bullshit. It's the nature of it being a fringe type place. We just have to do our part to call it out when we see it and down vote.

It's only good if you have a good wife or long term partner. A pre-nup is a great start but there are other green flags to look for. Does she have an education, no debt and is ambitious? Is she emotionally supportive and encouraging? Does she help you build your confidence rather than feel a need to tear you down? Is she over the phase of needing to fuck everything and managed to get through it with no children or health issues? Is her shit together? Like it doesn't all need to be unpacked but i…

I mean they straight up steal young Christian girls and put them into sexual slavery and the cops turn a blind eye. It's like a culturally accepted practice. It's an absolutely backwards and barbaric country. With nukes.

His meta argument sucks but she could not have picked a worse hill to die on. In their quest to make everything "fair" they lose sight of things that are required by definition to not be fair in order to work. Like fitness standards for military infantry and special unit training. Not mechanics, or paramedics or secretaries. But a job that relies on people being in peak physical form. It's a stupid argument to make that women (or men too!) that can't meet the requirements have the bar lowered fo…

I love your little power fantasy there bro. Of course I'd defend my family. There's many ways of doing that that don't require beating someone half to death for spitting on you.

Nah I'm just not a dick and I like doing nice things for random people. Like if I saw a pregnant lady or an old guy or a disabled person I'd give them my seat.

This comment section is seriously advocating for giving someone a TBI for spitting on them. It just speaks to the impotent rage so many people must feel in their daily lives.

I hurt a kid real bad in high school because he spat on me. I super regret it now. Yes it's fucking gross and disrespectful but it's also just spit. You aren't gonna get sick from being spat on. Does it deserve you laying down the wrath of God on someone? Fuck no. Only people with anger problems or power fantasies think that way. It's a massive over reaction to wanna beat down someone for spitting on you. It's pretty gross that you are advocating for that shit as a cop.

It's always teetered on the edge for as long as I've been here. The mods use to remove the low energy shit before though.

Nah a pussy pass used to be about getting out of trouble not having things be slightly less horrible when you're on the bottom rungs of society.

The thing is that women have it waaaaaaay worse on the streets than the average homeless dude does. That doesn't minimize anyone's suffering of course. Homelessness is an outdoor prison torture sentence in my opinion. But I've had close friends that work in womens homeless shelters and the stories they tell of exploitation, torture and abuse would make you sick. Women in this case really do have it worse and I don't think its a pussy pass to point it out.

Sorry, DTES is the Vancouver Downtown East Side. A real hive of scum and villiany. Nastiest neighbourhood in Canada by far. I think Americans call it skid row. An SRO is a Single Room Occupancy hotel or flop house. It basically means it's a tiny room you rent with the money you get from welfare. Which is fuck all so the places are nasty as hell. Crime ridden, bed bug and roaches, and everyone is pretty much a low life junky so they vary wildly in personal safety too. Lots of junkies prefer livin…

I've seen so many dudes with needles in their neck. I think I saw my first one in 2002. Have no idea if they were dead or not, probably not. But it's crazy when you first see it. Then you see someone shooting in their penis and it's not so crazy anymore. The DTES is just like that. When you think you've seen it all you see something else thats crazy. And I'm not even homeless, just a regular schmo living in the city. I can't even imagine what people see or go through in some of those SRO's. Glad…
