Well, one time might just make you say I was unlucky, like going to an event for the first time, but it was shitty, with every person around saying that event wasn’t normally that bad and telling you to try again. Actually poverty rates are calculated based on a countries median income if you earn 60% of your country’s median income, you’re technically below the poverty line, so individuals may be poor, but compared to other countries poor people, the American poor are very wealthy, and have a higher standard of living.
