AdviceI lived this for years. It took a tole on me that I’m trying to undo. I can tell you it will end with it escalating and most likely cheating or going to others for whatever it is she needs instead of you. It won’t get better and I can tell you I wish I would’ve done the same years ago. Live life for you for awhile and things will keep making more and more sense. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/07/21 02:39 PM

Be men of honor and virtueGoing through it. Moving through it. Reading this to my dad. Also a divorce survivor. That book really means a lot to him and he’s going to love hearing it’s still out there circulating. | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/07/21 12:33 AM
Embrace the suck....being alone and empty lasts but for a seasonIn my garage working out. It’s her birthday and I feel this beyond, all of it. I needed a boot in the butt between sets. Appreciate it friendo. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/07/21 03:57 AM
What am I doing?I can’t agree more with eating right and exercise. This you can take with you after all the bull shit is done. It’s something you accomplished in response to a complex period of time and it’s all personally drivin, not connected to her or that old life. Remember Mark Renton. Choose life. Choose you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/07/21 02:39 PM

Divorce I dont wantFeeling that man. The grief is hard, but god I look at who I am physically now after getting my health back. I wanted this for so long with her but every time I tried, she would have a crisis and I'd be back in the gutter. Now I look and the the gutter is gone, it was never there before and now it's absent again. Keep strong, the mental health will come in time. Grieve to feel your love that you can now give to yourself. You are worth it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/07/21 09:06 PM
