Leaving town would likely violate her probation and land her in jail, I was on probation for two years and I couldn't leave the state without informing the police, and I was on unsupervised probation. She probably has to meet a PO every month and get random drug tests, all of which she will have to pay for. The financial burden falls on the criminal.

Beef stew or coke roast, coke roast is one chuck roast, one can of coke soda, two packets of french onion soup mix, throw it all together in a crock pot for a few hours, I usually add mashed potatoes and a vegetable for sides. Once the coke roast is done cooking, you take the juice (the coke and the french onion soup mix) you cooked it down, add a little bit of flour while you have it in a sauce pan simmering, and you got some bad ass gravy.
