Are you praying and meditating in His Word? Meditating day and night (Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:2), and praying at all times (Luke 21:36)? Do you read the Word of God? You need to be strong and courageous (Joshua 1:9) and talk to a brother in the faith about what you're going through (James 5:16). You need to pray at all times (Matthew 26:41). Your confusion is a byproduct of your selective reading. Another thing. Once you start reading the bible more than what you're reading now, you could probably stop asking naive questions about evangelism in r/TrueChristian --answers that are easily found in the bible. Make sense. That's great, if it's true that you're well-read in the bible. Most people rarely read the bible outside of church. Although the hardest part ain't hearing but being a doer (James 1:22-25). Good thing that you heard about the redpill so that you can prevent yourself from displaying weak behavior.

The reason why I asked is because I have a sister who have had relationships with guys who she perceived as spiritually mature but those guys didn't make any disciples. They were superficial Christian's. It is possible that she had a little attraction for you in the beginning if you weren't really spiritually mature.

Good stuff. It sounds like you are already eating enough (maybe too much? I burn a lot of calories at work. So, it is necessary for me to make sure that I eat enough. Remember that lifting is the catabolic part, you don't actually build muscle until you are recovering. Take this part seriously or you will be doing a lot of work without the full benefit. Got it.

Your stats are abysmal. What strength training program are you running? How long have you been running it? I agree. I started 2 weeks ago, the first day I did 5x5, but I switched to Starting Strength for the rest of the weeks. I already gained 5 pounds. Aiming for 4k Calories per day. Any additional advice?

Isn't easy being a Christian but God is good. I've noticed that sometimes a woman might be beautiful and a sex freak but that might be all she is (Prov 31:30). Another woman might resemble a potential mother but after the first couple of years the bed becomes a cemetery. And it shouldn't be that way (1 Corinthians 7:4-5). Prayer for guidance is the only way (Prov 3:5-8).
