it's not a cane it's a crowbar and she planned to use it as stabbing before she got knocked out edited Looks like a cane to me. Pausing the video when she is knocked out and it still looks like a cane. Is there a news report? She is a teen I put cane plus fat together to equal old person.

More than one. Several dudes tried to stop him once he dragged the chair out. Probably trying to save him from jail. This old lady (edit: apparently a fat teen) with a cane was doing nothing but talking loud. He could have walked away but chose to go for assault and battery. Or attempted murder because he used a solid wooden chair as a weapon.

I'm sure they would have put a male car thief in the back seat where you can't even access the front.

My mother is German. I lived in Germany for three years. I speak German. My German friends laugh at my terrible accent. You might say I have a passing familiarity with the German language.

For example, immigrants see the world as 'them ' versus the 'Germans ' (just plenty of naive Germans are unwilling to admit it) so among migrants they always use the informal form of language. This can be hard to understand for English speakers but is a big difference. Man, we english speakers have no idea what street talk is like. That certainly never happens in other countries. Also what is it like to deal with immigrants who speak their own language? Here in the United State of America we nev…

You posted exactly zero videos of this. And if they do exist (and I'm sure they do exist), Oh, then you did not even need me to post ANY videos because you are already sure they exist. The point though is that it is not just a pussy pass if the woman is running around going "can't hit me I am a woman". If people are complaining about it on her behalf it is a pussy pass. But you also did not watch the videos. Especially the last one where the woman actually says "you are a man get your hands off …

In the second source you can see the cop is not hitting the other girls attacking him. He only smacks the overly aggressive one. If it was dudes he would be putting the baton on them.

If you have videos of women complaining after attacking police , post that because there's actual evidence. Are you even subscribed to this sub? Source in comments where you can see all the white knighting and her complaints. This one shows others going oh my god when he decks her but it is obvious three girls are attacking him. In this one you can see a potential white knight being pulled back by his girlfriend. So there is certainly an assumption that this is wrong. In this one you can clearly…

You must have a very low opinion of women if you believe they hold an inherent belief they can get away with destroying a cop car A lot of women think they can get away with destroying a lot of shit with no repercussions. Destroying a police car is on the edge of that spectrum but I am sure it is well inside it for those who have gotten aways with destroying other stuff. The number of videos where I have seen women attack cops and then complain that they are a woman after they get rocked is far …

Also in the sidebar: PPD DOES NOT MEAN THAT A WOMAN NEEDS TO REFER VERBALLY TO HER GENDER. FEMINIST ACTS, A MAN DEFENDING HIMSELF, AND OTHER SITUATIONS WHERE WOMEN DO SOMETHING THAT IMPLIES THEY WILL SUFFER NO REPERCUSSIONS ARE FAIR GAME. Caps from sidebar. The idea is that women have a built in excuse to do stupid stuff like breaking things or hitting guys and will not suffer the same repercussions as a man would for doing those things. So if a woman does get exactly the same reaction a man wou…

Wouldn't he get sued for defamation of character? Jobs cannot find out why you were previously fired from your last job. People have a right to work. Denying them that right by giving bad references can lead to lawsuits. Doubly so if any detail is wrong. Large corporations try to avoid this by telling all managers and supervisors to refer reference requests to HR. HR will typically only verify dates of work and maybe salary. You can give references if you run your own business. I recommend stick…

Many do. They act like our first constitution, the Articles of Confederation, is still active via some convoluted logic. But we are operating under a different constitution after the Confederation was a huge disaster. That is our current constitution.

She is using the articles of Confederation which are null thanks to our current constitution which is not a confederation of states but a Federal government.

In my home country Norway you don't even get that much for murder. I think you guys are doing it wrong. And 17 year olds are pretty much adults, if not mentally then definitely physically. It is equal amounts age and influence over the stucents.

Wait, you can get differential treatment in sentencing just because you're a teacher? How on Earth is that fair? It is illegal. Why is it illegal? Because teachers are in a position of power and influence over their students were the students might not feel they can refuse advances. An adult student is a corner case but in general they are minors.

Most states I've heard the age of consent is 16. That is tricky. A lot of states set that for when one party is in their early 20's (Romeo and Juliet clauses). A 40 year old fucking a 16 year old is probably gonna have a really good time and then a really bad time. Anybody else shocked that it isn't legal at 17 in fucking Florida of all places? It is because of her position of trust as a teacher and her pattern of abuse.

22 fucking years for having sex with 17 year olds? Jesus christ what a shithole America is. It is 22 years because she was their teacher. Even if a kid was 18 in high school it is still a felony in most states. edit: It is good to see female teachers getting the same sentence handed down to males.

And then telling me you are not given to uncharitable interpretations. Jesus Christ. What a buffoon. I said that my interpretation was not uncharitable. I did not say I was not given to uncharitable interpretations. Lord Buddah! What a illiterate monkey.

Thanks for telling me how it works, you pedantic clown. I felt I had to be pedantic since you fail to acknowledge the real world and seem to live in this fantasy land where people can say whatever they want whenever they want and never face consequences for it. You also fail to acknowledge that my interpretation is not uncharitable. You seem to have taken my comment very personally. So let it go you idealistic crybaby.

Holding two guys interrupted in expressing their free speech by some authoritarian busy-body to the standards of politicians is awesome. Maybe you can hold them to the standards of astronauts too. That'd be fun. They are basically holding a public protest as part of a movement. If they don't want their movement to be harshly judged they should be cautious with their words. That is simple pragmatism. If they don't care then they can say whatever they want. expressing their free speech Free speech…

That the remark was "implied violence" is a bullshit uncharitable interpretation No. I am not saying they intended violence but they certainly implied their would have been violence if she was not pregnant (basically giving her a pussy pass) which was reinforced by their comment that she must have been looking for a free miscarriage (i.e. a punch in the belly). It is a pretty plain reading of what the subtitle claim they said. People should not have to tailor their comments so as to make them im…

So I watched all 16 minutes of this and I don't see a pussy pass denied. It cuts off right after the police arrive. The guys in this video are not exactly nice with implied violence if she had not been a pregnant woman along the lines of if you had not been a pregnant woman this would have been a more intense conversation and saying she was looking for a free miscarriage and that she is lucky women have a papal bull. Post a resolution for this to be PPD.

Everything about that traffic stop was illegal from the initial checkpoint to bringing a dog to sniff the car because an officer felt she was suspicious. If they were suspicious then the search is not unconstitutional. It was unconstitutional. Suspicious is not probable cause for a search. They need to actually see something illegal. To be clear the Supreme Court has held that suspicious behavior is sufficient to allow police to investigate (speak with suspects, handcuff and check their person f…

if she had nothing to hide who cares. She looked suspicious so she got stopped. Maybe she did have something to hide. Maybe her dildo was in the back seat and she didn't want a bunch of people seeing it. Maybe she was carrying a shit ton of drugs. It does not matter. Being nervous and acting suspicious are not sufficient grounds for a search. You know what would have fixed this all is if the crazy woman would have just said go ahead and look You know what would have also fixed it? Not conducting…

So if all the drugs and illegals make it past the border thats it they win? We stop looking? No, we continue to look using legal and constitutional measures. The point being that doing a search just because someone is nervous does not fly as probably cause. It would fly AT the border but once you are past the border you need to do better than that.

Well illegals and drug dont stop just at the US border. Yes but our full constitutional rights start right after the border and we have a limited set right at the border. Fourth amendment rights don't go away just because there is illegal activity somewhere in the nation.

There are border patrol check points miles away from the borders in southern states not just at the border. And my same point applies. Once a citizen clears the border their rights as a citizen take precedence. Setting up a secondary checkpoint miles away to check everyone is improper and unconstitutional.

The orders he gave to her were lawful, Telling her that she could not taker her car was unlawful. If she was free to go so was her property. Unless they have a warrant to search the car it is unlawful. Sure they are the border patrol and sure they have a right to search things coming across the border but looking at the map she was a couple miles away from the nearest bridge across the border and would have already been cleared by border agents there. Thus her rights as a citizen take precedence…

Only valid if you hunt cave man style with a spear. If you bring a gun you're a pussy. I would but I think only one state allows spear hunting. (not joking at all). You can use an atlatl in a bunch of states so that is an option if you are accurate.

Makes me sad actually. Maybe in ten more years we'll have more women in comedy that are of note. When I was a kid there were a ton of funny women. Phyllis Diller, Carol Burnette, Joan Rivers, and more I can't remember but they just did regular jokes or slightly flipped them (my wife becomes my husband). They didn't talk about their lady bits. It seems as talk of lady bits has risen the humor has declined.
