1	A different perspective Hmm... I gave this some thought. Sure, she's not perfect, but she really is how I describe her. 1	A different perspective I've brought up separating or ending the marriage before and was told in no uncertain terms that we would not be friends and she would never speak to me again. 1	A different perspective I'm not sure if at this point it is guilt / shame. It certainly used to be and it was pervasive. Today, to me, it feels like acceptance and something that is actionable. I do feel done, you're right on that one. I'm just doing too much. Even with her help it feels like too much. And this is just the normal stuff that's expected of an average fella, i.e. marriage, job, house, consistent effort and consistent output. 1	A different perspective No. I successfully abstain from all drugs, alcohol, caffeine and tobacco due to finally understanding the connection between those substances and the mind-bending, reality-altering panic attacks I began suffering from around the age of 15 onward.
