Although lying about either (wearing a condom/being on the pill) is wrong, one is different from the other. A condom can prevent the passage of STDs. The pill can only help to prevent pregnancy. Being tricked into having a baby sucks (but can be handled later on down the line). Being tricked into getting an STD sucks way worse; usually irreversible too.
