In three months, not so much unless you have lifted multiple times in the past. For me, I can easily put on 30lbs in 3 months and lift decent weight. You can do the same but would probably not put on as much muscle due to lacking muscle memory.

I have had this happen to me as well. Even if it is good news or being confronted, sometimes my eyes just tear up. Honestly, if you have already tried deloading quite a few times, give what I did a try and add some hypertrophy training. I would say start at 100lbs and do 5 x 10. You should be able to do that. If you can add 5lbs a workout while keeping decent form, you should be able to blast through your old plateau. If that doesn't work, then you must not be eating enough. Are you actually doing a strength routine? 3 x 5 on Bench 3 x 5 on Squats 1 x 5 on Deadlift Add 5lbs a week. If you notice yourself plateauing, drop the weigh by 20lbs and work your way back up or just eat more. When I hard stalled at squats at 250lbs, I dropped the weight all the way down to 135lbs and did 5x10 adding 10lbs a workout up until I was doing 5 x 10 with 275lbs. Went back to 3 x 5 and hit 315.
